The position of the “two towers” is determined for both the vision and for the construction program of the building, directing the public flow to the vertical levels, and making this process visible “outside- inside” and “inside-outside” as well. Comparatively new for Bulgaria technologies are used in the design of the building ventilated stone cladding, structural glazing curtain walls, external sun protective elements etc.
