A monolith of natural stone, cut from the nearby mountain and sliced in elegant horizontal slabs, all clad in glass. This is the interpretation of the client's idea for a massive stone building.

The lobby is slightly lifted in an airy manner form the ground as if to diminish the wight of the stone block and fly lightly over the surrounding landscape of greenery, touching the ground in only two points. Open space offices overlook the park - a former royal garden and face the Vitosha mountain concealing its glazed windows with external double skin facade. The building is completely autonomous in its saving of energy resources, using underground water well for heath and cooling exchange.
