The building raises its clusters of living units above a busy residential area and the metro running beneath, connecting it with the centre of the city of Sofia and the airport. The apartments are firmly based upon office areas and merchandise stores with several parking levels in the basement floors with the metro trains running almost inside the core of the structure. The three towers are slightly twisted on each floor to form a unique vibrant cluster following the sun light as it circulates in time.

The structure, together with the future high-rise projects around the area, creates density and offers a dynamic and changing skyline with breathtaking views to the Vitosha mountains.
